Welcome to Nurture & Thrive

Helping tamariki, rangatahi, and their whānau thrive through nurturing connection, sensory-informed support, and embracing difference

Nurture and Thrive is an Occupational Therapist-led service, with a growing team of Health Psychologists and Therapy Assistants. Together, we support young people who experience the world in unique ways - diagnosed or not.

Our mahi strives to be neuro-affirming, trauma-aware, whānau-centred, and grounded in meaningful relationships.

We believe every child deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated for who they are—growing at their own pace, in safe, playful spaces, with trusted relationships around them.

We help tamariki and rangatahi develop the tools, strategies, and self-understanding they need to engage meaningfully with the world around them, while walking alongside their whānau throughout the journey.

How it Works

Play. Learn. Grow.
